At UGS,
we devote significant time and
energy to safety. Our organization
includes a Department of Safety, a
full-time Safety Director, and a
staff of inspectors. The Director
oversees an enterprise-wide safety
training effort that actively
participates in every project at
every level.
Our
dedication to safety performance was
recognized by OSHA in 2005, with its
issuance of VPPC STAR status.
Nationally, UGS was the first
piping, rigging and design
contractor to achieve this level of
safety prestige.
